Founder/Chef Luca Pezzera first started Bontá Italian Restaurant & Bar at UE Square in March 2007.
In moving forward with the thought of strategic intention to promote sell his authentic rustic European/Mediterranean fusion cuisine concept bar & restaurant in Singapore, Chef Luca spearheaded birth of first flagship outlet of District 10 Bar & Restaurant at Windstedt Road in 2009. And finally relocate this Windstedt Road outlet to UE Square in 2011 to better manage all his F&B businesses in one same central location.

Hail from Bergamo/North Italy, Chef Luca Pezzera have made his presence felt, in the culinary sense, so to speak for having spent more than a decade in this region including especially Singapore where he set up his F&B base.
His extensive culinary expertise of more than 20 years, where he has cooked for royalty, media stars, business mavericks and gourmands in top establishments in Italy, Switzerland, Scotland, Istanbul, Jordan, Dubai, Jakarta, and of course Singapore too.
Chef Luca’s classic Northern Italian creations have been featured in some of our many local media and newspaper, namely such as The Straits Times, Lianhe Zaobao, TODAY, Appetite, Epicure, Channel NewsAsia Singapore, and 938 Live etc.
